Trade Show and Conference Venue
The venue space is 4550 square feet upstairs, and 5500 square feet downstairs. It features a large conference area with in-house audio-visual systems, a stylish bar & lounge area, and a 100 foot long balcony with a fantastic view of the racetrack, Oak Ridges Moraine, and Lake Ontario. Accommodating up to 150 guests for a plated dinner with dance floor, the space also features WiFi access, ample parking and a dedicated event professional to assist with all your details and requirements.
The Grand Prix Event Centre is multi-functional in that it also features boardrooms on the main level, and on the lower level are two medium-large spaces that can be fully customized for your specific event. In the past these spaces have been used as hospitality suites, a vending exposition hall, or for press-conferences and press-style forums.
For multi-day events there is a variety of great accommodations within close vicinity to CTMP, ranging from exclusive group lodging, to cozy BnB’s, and large-chain hotels.
