Canadian Tire Motorsport Park’s communications staff is here to support the media with their coverage of the track's facilities and events.

Media Credential Requirements
Media credentials (including PR, Photo and Videographers) for Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP) major events will only be issued to people on assignment for recognized media and enthusiast outlets (print, online, radio and TV) or race series, teams and drivers.
We do not accept requests from freelancers who are not on assignment.
The submission of an application does not guarantee that a credential will be issued. CTMP reserves the right to deny any credential requests. The number of credentials issued is limited.

MEDIA CREDENTIAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED
AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE OPENING DAY OF THE EVENT
If you do not receive an email confirming the status of your credential request after seven days please follow up with us at media@ctmpark.com
Series Hard Cards
Photographers and media members holding a recognized series HARD-CARD should contact media@ctmpark.com at least two weeks before the event to request a reserved seat in the media centre and a media parking pass. Seating and parking spaces are limited.
Shooting Video at CTMP's IMSA Events
Anyone shooting video of an IMSA competition at CTMP should refer to IMSA’s video policies.
IMSA VIDEO POLICY
Photographers/Media at Track Days and CASC Regional Events
Photographers, videographers and media who wish to attend a track day or a CASC Regional event should contact us at least two weeks before the event for information on trackside etiquette and conduct by email at media@ctmpark.com
Those attending a Track Day should first contact the event organizers for permission. On the event day you will need to sign in at administration to acquire a photo bib.
For CASC Regional Events you will first need to provide proof of an assignment from a recognized media outlet or one of the race series, teams and drivers competing at that event.
